  • If you’re flying you should be coming into Bozeman International Airport (BZN). It’s a 30 minute

    uber ride from the airport. And yes, Bozeman has plenty of Ubers…not so many taxis.

    Free onsite parking, follow the Arcadia sign at the entrance.

    Agenda is below but if you arrive early, Downtown Bozeman is very cute. Lunch at Bacchus,

    Revelry, Backcountry Burger are all good options. There’s a lot of great shopping options, too. If

    you rented a car, we suggest a drive out to Hyalite National Forest. Drive to the reservoir, get out

    for some photos and fresh air.

  • Attire is “Mountain Casual” It will be hot so please wear something that is comfortable.

    Temperatures can fluctuate greatly in Montana. Right now we are forecasting 90’s during the day and low 50’s during the night. We recommend always having a warm jacket and a rain jacket just in case. Jason will be in shorts and t-shirt, Sam will likely be in a sundress for reference.

    Other than that here is a suggested list:

    • Workout attire
    (if you’re doing Yoga or working out with Will Taylor)
    • Rain jacket (no forecasted rain but this can change)
    • Warm coat for evening is you are prone to be cold
    • Good hiking shoes (tennis shoes are fine)

    • Headlamp or flashlight

    We will have some bug spray and sunscreen available too.

    Bodhi Farms boasts of their dining experience truly being a farm to table dining experience, and we can confirm that to be true. Tuesday night, however, we will all be jumping on a bus and going offsite for dinner!

  • The event will have 11 tipi bathrooms for all attendees. Each of these tipis feature a spacious restroom with a sink, private toilet and indoor shower. Nothing like a hot shower at the end of a long day!

    We provide natural soap, shampoo, conditioner as well as towels. The tipi bathrooms are a short walk from the glamping tipis; each guest will receive a backpack upon arrival that may be used to easily carry your items!
